Table of Contents
Doctor Tim is one of the characters in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. His name is Tim, a quiet man who takes his work seriously.
He works hard to heal his patients and becomes frustrated when he is unable to cure people such as Ellen and Lillia.
He spends almost all of his time working at the Clinic, making him very easy to find.
Doctor works alongside his assistant, Elli, and will marry her if you do not pursue Elli.

When you enter the Clinic, you will see Elli and Doctor talking about babies.
Elli says that the baby is cute, and Doctor replies that whenever there is a baby at the Clinic, Elli always says that it is cute.
Elli responds that all babies are cute. Doctor then says that Elli will make a good mother and that he is sure of it.
Elli asks who will help her at the Clinic if she becomes a mother someday.
Elli coughs, and Doctor asks if she has a cold. Elli apologizes, and Doctor tells her not to work too hard, suggesting that she take some time off.
Elli asks what Doctor means. Doctor then says that he did not mean it that way and again suggests that Elli take some time off and not work too hard. Elli thanks Doctor.
When you arrive at the beach, you will see Doctor and Elli. Doctor thanks Elli for her help during a delivery.
He then says that villagers come to the Clinic to give birth, which he feels is not suitable for him.
Elli then speculates that Doctor is going to leave.
Doctor admits that he is unable to help with childbirth despite being a doctor and has to rely on Elli. He feels useless and considers going somewhere else to study.
Carter tells him that if he feels useless, he should leave because he feels that he is not useful there as a doctor.
Carter then says that his situation is similar, as he does not do what a priest is supposed to do in the village.
However, he stays not for himself as a priest, but because he loves the village.
Doctor then comes out and complains that conversations in the Church’s confession room can be heard from outside, and asks you not to tell anyone about what happened.
Doctor talks to Elli and tells her that he will not leave and wants to learn from her.
This final event will trigger Elli and Doctor’s wedding seven days later.
