When you leave your house at the agreed time, you find Matthew talking with Takakura in front of Takakura’s house.
As you approach, Matthew explains that he has come to keep his promise of having dinner together. He then asks if you would like to join them.
If you accept, the three of you enjoy dinner together at Takakura’s house.
During the meal, Matthew comments that Cecilia has changed a lot over the years. He then asks whether your spouse is still the same as they used to be.

Matthew is surprised, saying that he thought only Cecilia had changed so much. Takakura adds that people tend to reveal their true selves when they are around someone they genuinely trust. - “My spouse has changed a lot.“
Matthew remarks that time really can change people.
A short while later, your spouse arrives to see where you are. After learning that Matthew is visiting, they tell the three of you to enjoy your evening together before heading home to rest.
Not long afterward, Matthew says goodbye and heads home. Before leaving, he tells you that he truly enjoyed spending the evening with you both.
