Mochi Bonanza is a New Year’s festival that begins in Year 2. On the night of the festival, the villagers gather at Rose Plaza to pound and enjoy Mochi as a symbol of their hopes for good luck and prosperity in the coming year.
Talking to the villagers who attend will give you +5 FP with each character. After speaking with everyone, talk to Mayor Thomas to start the festival.
Once the festival begins, you will enjoy Mochi with the villagers before automatically returning home. If there is at least one empty slot in your backpack, you will receive some Mochi as a festival reward.
