Power Berry are items that increase your maximum Stamina points. In addition, there is one Blue Berry that reduces Fatigue.
In Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town (SoS: FoMT), there are ten Power Berries and one Blue Berry that can be obtained in the game.
Collecting all of the Power Berries and the Blue Berry allows your character to maintain better physical condition, making it possible to perform various activities such as farming, mining, fishing, and other activities for longer.
This page explains the location of every Power Berry and the Blue Berry, as well as how to obtain them.
The first Power Berry can be obtained by digging on your farm using a Hoe.
This Berry can be found randomly in the field and does not require an upgraded Hoe. The starting Hoe is sufficient to obtain it.
As in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature, the Harvest Goddess rewards you with a Power Berry as a token of appreciation.
Give her gifts by throwing crops or wild items collected from nature into the waterfall for 10 consecutive days. Only one gift per day counts.
After giving gifts for 10 days, the Harvest Goddess will appear and reward you with a Power Berry.
During the Spring Derby, you cannot participate in the race because your horse is still too young, but you can place bets.
Before the festival begins, save as much money as possible. On the day of the festival, save your game first, then place a bet on the horse with the lowest number of bets.
If you lose, reload your save and repeat the process until you have enough Medals. These Medals can be exchanged for a Power Berry.
This method also applies to the Autumn Derby.
After your horse has grown up, you can participate in the Derby held during Spring or Autumn.
Finishing in first place rewards you with a Power Berry. To make it easier, save your game before the race begins so you can retry if you lose.
On Summer 1, the Fetch Fest is held, a flying disc competition for pets. The grand prize is a Power Berry.
You can participate in this festival after purchasing a pet from Van and waiting for it to grow up. It is also recommended to train your pet to improve its chances of winning.
This Power Berry can only be obtained during Winter, when the frozen lake provides access to the Lake Mine.
The Berry is located behind the entrance to the Lake Mine. Approach the location, then press A (console) or click (PC) to pick it up.
Another Power Berry can be found in the Lake Mine, on floor 19.
This mine can only be accessed during Winter when the lake is frozen. Alternatively, you can use the Travel Stone obtained from floor 255 of the Spring Mine after reaching your third year or later.
Since the Berry is located deep inside the mine, make sure you have enough Stamina before searching for it. Bringing Stamina Boosters purchased from the Clinic will be very helpful while mining.
The next Power Berry is located in the Spring Mine, on floor 100.
Reaching this floor requires a considerable amount of Stamina. Before attempting it, it is recommended to collect several other Power Berries to make mining easier.
Tip: Avoid mining during rain or snow because it consumes more Stamina. Also, bring several Stamina Boosters.
A Power Berry can also be purchased from the General Store.
To make it available, you must first upgrade your house, then purchase the Rug and Big Bed from the Workshop.
After both requirements have been met, the Power Berry will be available for purchase at the General Store for 10,000 G.
In addition to the Power Berries, there is a Blue Berry that does not increase Stamina but reduces Fatigue.
To obtain it, throw one Cucumber into the lake at Mother’s Hill for 10 consecutive days.
Each time you throw a Cucumber, Kappa will appear. On the tenth day, Kappa will reward you with the Blue Berry.
The Blue Berry reduces Fatigue by up to 50%. For example, if an activity normally increases Fatigue by +2 FAT, after obtaining the Blue Berry it will increase by only +1 FAT.
