Marriage is one of the most important features in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. Before you can get married, you must build a relationship with one of the available marriage candidates.
Each candidate has a unique series of Heart Events. As your relationship improves, these events are unlocked gradually until you can propose once all marriage requirements have been fulfilled.
Compared to the original version, the remake features a more flexible marriage system. You can marry any candidate regardless of your main character’s gender, making every marriage candidate available to both male and female protagonists.
Each candidate has a unique personality, daily schedule, and favorite gifts. Getting to know the character you want to marry will make it easier to build your relationship and unlock all of their Heart Events.
There are six female marriage candidates available in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.
Each candidate has different gift preferences, a unique daily schedule, frequently visited locations, and exclusive Heart Events. To learn more about a specific character, click one of the characters below.
In addition to the female candidates, there are also six male marriage candidates available for marriage.
Like the other candidates, each character has unique favorite gifts, a daily routine, and a series of Heart Events that must be completed before marriage becomes available.
In addition to the standard marriage candidates, Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town also features special marriage candidates who can be married after meeting specific requirements.
These candidates have different requirements from the standard candidates and generally require much greater game progression.
Each special marriage candidate has unique conditions that must be fulfilled before you can proceed with the proposal.
As a result, they are generally considered more challenging to marry than the standard marriage candidates.
