The Harvest Goddess watches over Mineral Town and its residents. Although the villagers respect her, they are unable to see her.
Because you have a connection with her, you are able to see the Harvest Goddess in person. Every offering you make affects both her Friendship Points (FP) and Love Points (LP).
The Harvest Goddess’s LP is not displayed in the Relationship menu. Instead, she expresses her gratitude for your generosity.
The Harvest Goddess likes offerings such as crops, flowers, and livestock products. However, she will also accept items she likes less, including ores, building materials, jewelry, and even trash caught while fishing.
The Harvest Goddess appreciates every offering you make and will sometimes reward you in return. The total number of offerings is also tracked.
Although you can offer more than one item per day, only one offering per day counts toward your total offering progress.
Below is a list of the rewards the Harvest Goddess gives based on the total number of offerings she has received.
After making your 10th offering, the Harvest Goddess will reward you with a Power Berry. This item permanently increases your maximum stamina by 15 points.
After making your 20th offering, the Harvest Goddess will ask whether you have someone special. A list of most marriage candidates will be displayed as options.
If the character you are looking for does not appear, select Next to display the remaining candidates. The selected character will receive +3,000 LP.
If you plan to marry the Harvest Goddess or Kappa, this choice is one of the marriage requirements. You must select either the Harvest Goddess or Kappa.
If you choose a different candidate, you will lose the opportunity to marry either of them. This question is asked only once.
If you choose the Harvest Goddess or Kappa, you will receive one bag of Relaxation Tea Leaves. This item cannot be sold through the Shipping Bin, but it is used as an ingredient for making Relaxation Tea.
The drink grants +800 LP to Marie. You will also receive Relaxation Tea Leaves if you are already married when this cutscene occurs.
After making your 30th offering, the Harvest Goddess will reward you with White Grass. This wild plant can normally be found during Winter, either in the forest or behind the Church. At this stage, you will receive 1 White Grass.
On a sunny Wednesday after reaching 30 offerings, Van will greet you when you leave your house. He explains that he plans to open a small shop on the second floor of the Inn every Wednesday.
At this shop, Van sells the Record Player, Records, and various types of ore used to upgrade your tools.
In addition, Van will also open the Pet Shop at Rose Plaza on the 15th of every season.
The shop sells a variety of pets that can be raised on your farm. The available animals vary depending on the current season.
After making your 50th offering, the Harvest Goddess will reward you with the Interesting Book. This item will be added to the bookshelf in your house.
The Interesting Book allows you to advance the in-game time by 1 hour. To use it, interact with the bookshelf inside your house, then select Interesting Book.
After making your 75th offering, the Harvest Goddess will reward you with another book called Really Interesting Book!.
If the Interesting Book advances the in-game time by 1 hour, this book advances it by 2 hours.
In addition, on a sunny Sunday between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM, leave your house to trigger a cutscene. Lou will arrive at your farm and introduce herself.
Lou comes from Forgotten Valley (Forget-Me-Not Valley in Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life) in search of various cooking ingredients.
After meeting her, you can visit Lou on the second floor of the Inn every Sunday to learn new cooking recipes.
After making your 100th offering, the Harvest Goddess will reward you with a book titled Super Fascinating Book. Reading this book advances the in-game time by 3 hours.
In addition, the Harvest Goddess will install a Lift system in the mines. This feature allows you to skip up to 50 floors at a time, stopping at the highest multiple of 50 that you have previously reached.
For example, if you have reached Floor 68, the Lift can only take you to Floor 50. If you have reached Floor 255, the Lift will stop at Floors 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250.
The final reward from the Harvest Goddess is the Seaside Cottage. This house is located along Mineral Beach, just south of Zack’s house.
The Seaside Cottage comes furnished with various furniture and facilities, including a table, clock, calendar, bookshelf, and bed. You can spend the night in this house, but your spouse and child will continue living at the farmhouse.
