- Have 4 Friendship Notes or more with Mugi
Mugi walks past you to answer an important phone call at the phone on Dudley’s desk.
He asks the person on the other end if they are coming home, but judging by the response, it seems that is not going to happen.
After Mugi hangs up, Dudley asks if Joanna was the one calling. Mugi confirms that it was his daughter.
Mei has been waiting for her mother to come home, wherever she may be, and it feels like it has been going on forever.
Dudley understands that Joanna must have her reasons, but Mugi wonders what could possibly be so important that his daughter would rather stay there than be with Mei.
Dudley recalls the last time Joanna came home. She dropped Mei off at Mugi’s house and then left without giving any explanation.
Mugi admits that his daughter has always been like that. Joanna tends to keep everything to herself so she does not have to worry Mugi.
However, this time, Mugi cannot forgive her because Joanna refuses to explain why she left Mei behind. Mei is lonely and misses her mother! Talking about the situation makes Mugi a little angry.
Dudley understands how much Mei needs her mother at her age. Mugi explains that he has already called Joanna and asked her to come home, but he has not received an answer.
Mugi then becomes a little more cheerful after deciding to go home and make Mei her favorite food.
