SaturdayAja Winery is operated by Duke and Manna, who both live on the property. Duke is responsible for maintaining the vineyard, while Manna handles sales and customer service at the winery.
The winery is open from Sunday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Because the store is only open for two hours each day, it is important to arrive early if you plan to make a purchase.
After noon, the winery closes, and Manna usually heads to Rose Plaza to chat with Sasha and Anna.
