Carter is one of the characters in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town (SoS: FoMT).
He is a priest who is ready to listen to anyone who has a problem and offer solutions when needed.
When talking to Carter at the Church, he may tell you a story with an interesting ending. Although he has a strange way of getting his point across, he has a very kind heart.
Carter’s Church has two additional doors inside. The door on the left leads to the confession booth, where you can privately confess mistakes that weigh on your subconscious mind.
The door on the right is usually locked because it leads to the forest area behind the Church.
Carter tends to keep this area to himself. Since he does not have many personal belongings, he will share it with you once you reach a sufficiently high friendship level.
He thinks that perhaps some magical little fairies live near this hidden forest.
As Carter says, you cannot force a relationship with someone to happen. What matters most is sincerely devoting yourself to the people you care about.
