Daryl’s Trap Part 2 Event (SoSAWL)

When you leave your farmhouse, you once again see Daryl heading toward the forest. There, he lays out another trail of food leading to his laboratory.

With great enthusiasm, Daryl tells you that this time his plan is certain to succeed.

According to Daryl, the failure of his previous attempt was entirely Pui’s fault. For Operation Cryptid Catcher 2, he claims to have carefully considered the type of bait needed to lure Mukumuku.

Daryl concludes that the creature prefers fresh vegetables and fish. He is convinced that Mukumuku will be so tempted by the food that it will never notice the tranquilizer he has prepared.

Not long afterward, Daryl spots Mukumuku in the distance gathering the pieces of food scattered on the ground. He immediately asks you to watch what he believes is his perfect plan unfold.

Daryl explains that the creature will soon be captured. He even says that he sacrificed an entire month’s worth of food supplies to carry out this plan.

Although he still has no idea what he will do after capturing Mukumuku, Daryl is certain that his success will make him rich and famous.

However, while Daryl continues talking, Pui once again arrives and takes all of the bait before Mukumuku can reach it. Mukumuku returns to the forest, while Pui continues collecting all of the food Daryl left behind.

When Daryl finally turns around, he is furious to discover that the furry figure behind him is the wrong one.

His plan has failed once again, all of his food is gone, and all he can do is grumble as he realizes he has to start over from the beginning.
