Garrett moves to Forgotten Valley with his wife, San, and daughter, Kate, during Chapter 2.
Garrett goes to the city every day for work, leaving early in the morning and returning home in the evening.
He is a hardworking man who has almost no free time, so his wife and daughter are almost always left alone.
He will be in the village on the days when Van opens his shop and enjoys relaxing by sitting near the river and visiting the Inn.
He will reward the player with an alarm clock if they complete a request from his bulletin board, which is posted at the beginning of Chapter 2.
