Gotts is one of the characters in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.
He is a lumberjack and carpenter who lives in the Workshop with Brandon. He loves the great outdoors, and his cabin can be found in Mineral Forest.
Gotts can build or make improvements to your farm, such as upgrading your house, upgrading your farmland, or even expanding your livestock barn.
His wife and young daughter died on the mountain during a snowstorm long ago. Now, he patrols the area to make sure no one else suffers the same fate.
That is how Brandon came to live with him. Gotts found the missing sculptor lying in the forest.
If Gotts fails, he will say, “Sorry, I don’t want to work anymore…”, and you will have triggered the Gotts Slump event.
Raise your friendship with him to at least 6 music notes, then enter his house between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM during Autumn to motivate him to return to work.
