Lou lives at the Lei-Over Inn with her husband, Tei, and her son, Rock.
Lou is an excellent cook, and her skills are well known throughout the valley. She considers Nami, a longtime guest at the inn, to be part of the family.
In Spring of Chapter 2, she will give you a beach toy if you complete a request from her on the bulletin board.
After befriending Lou, she will also give you the famous Ruby Spice cooking recipe if you enter the inn’s kitchen while Lou is there.
