Charlie is one of the world’s best pyrotechnic craftsmen. He makes fireworks with his twin brother, Cole. He is the older of the twins and wears blue clothing.
The two of them live together in the tower directly above Gordy’s trailer. They make fireworks every year for the annual Fireworks Festival.
Charlie spends a lot of time in the tower making fireworks, but he also enjoys walking along the beach and stopping by the Bluebird Café. He is also the only character who will enter Daryl’s laboratory.
Charlie is the easier twin to play the mini-game against, but is slightly more difficult to beat. The mini-game can be started by talking to the twins while they are in the tower.
Winning against Charlie or his brother 10 times will reward you with a record.
