Cole is the twin brother of Charlie, wears green clothing, and is one of the world’s best pyrotechnic craftsmen. Together with Charlie, he makes fireworks for the Fireworks Festival.
If you have a high enough friendship level with Cole in Chapter 3, he will give you a firework. Talk to him while he is inside the tower to receive it.
Cole spends a lot of time making fireworks. He also enjoys games. If you talk to him while he is making fireworks in Chapter 3 or later, he will invite you to play the Territory minigame with him.
Cole is easier to beat than Charlie. If you manage to defeat Cole or his brother 10 times, you will receive the record “64 Memories.” Further victories will reward you with ore.
