Harvest Goddess is one of the Special Candidates in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town (SoS: FoMT).
She is a beautiful goddess who lives in the Goddess Pond, at the bottom of the waterfall near the hot spring.
She watches over the villagers, but they cannot see her. She also watches over you and will congratulate you when you reach important milestones in the game, such as reaching 100,000 steps on the pedometer or reaching the bottom of the mines.
Interestingly, only you can see the goddess. Throwing gifts into her pond as offerings will make her appear and thank you for the gift.
She will also return your kindness by giving you Goddess gifts.
Not only that, Harvest Goddess also appears on TV during the first week of every year to play the High/Low game with you.

Unlike other characters, she will not walk around Mineral Town and will always remain at the pond where she lives.
Harvest Goddess will only appear when you throw an offering into the Goddess Pond.

How to Marry Harvest Goddess
Although she does not have any special Heart events, you can still marry the goddess. Of course, you must meet several requirements before you can marry her.
When you throw items into her pond to increase your Love Points (LP), after giving her 20 gifts, she will ask if you are interested in someone special.
At that point, you must choose “Harvest Goddess.” If you choose someone else from the list, you will never be able to marry Harvest Goddess.
After giving her 20 gifts and choosing Harvest Goddess, you can proceed to the next requirements for marrying her.
Like other normal marriage candidates, Harvest Goddess requires a Big Bed in your house.
She will never use this bed because she does not live in your house after marriage.
You must also have 60,000 LP (red heart) with her. You can increase LP by giving her gifts, but you can earn Bonus LP by completing certain milestones in the game.
When you reach one of these milestones for the first time, Harvest Goddess will appear and congratulate you on your hard work. You will also receive +3,000 LP:
Pedometer
Reach 10,000, 100,000, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, and 1 billion steps on the pedometer.
Shipping Items
Ship 10,000, 100,000, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, and 1 billion specific items through the shipping bin.
Fishing
Catch 10,000, 100,000, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, and 1 billion fish while fishing.
Spring Mine
Reach floors 100, 200, and 255 in the Spring Mine.
Lake Mine
Reach floors 200, 200, and 255 in the Lake Mine.
These requirements are actually fairly easy to meet as long as you are diligent and focused on completing the following tasks:
- Reach Year 5 or later.
- Ship items regularly, at least 1 item per day through the shipping bin to be collected by Zack.
- Catch every type of fish. You do not need to catch the large fish; simply fish for every type of fish, including Whopper fish. By doing this, you will receive +3,000 LP with Harvest Goddess.
- Obtain all items in the Spring Mine and Lake Mine.
Once you have met the requirements above, the next step is to ask the church for its blessing on your relationship with Harvest Goddess.
On Monday, Wednesday, or when it is raining or snowing, Carter spends time in the Confessional inside the Church.
You can choose to ask him to remove Cursed Tools, confess something that makes you feel guilty, or say that you are only there to chat.
To complete this marriage requirement, you must confess to Carter. This option will give you three random confessions that are meant to make you feel guilty.
One of these random options is to confess that you want to be in a relationship with Harvest Goddess.
Choose this option, and Carter will give you his opinion on the matter.
He will either tell you that it will not happen or give his blessing to your relationship with Harvest Goddess. You need this blessing to marry her.
There are 9 jewel orbs hidden inside rocks on certain floors of the Spring Mine. When found, the jewel will appear on the ground and immediately go into your backpack.
You can still find the jewel even if your backpack is full when it appears. There is only one jewel on each specific floor, and the jewel will not appear again on that floor after you find it.
The Goddess Jewel appears on floors:
- 60, 102, 123, 152, 155, 171, 190, 202, and 222
The game does not record which floors you found the Goddess Jewel on. It is recommended that you keep track of these floors outside the game so you do not forget where you found the jewels.
After finding the final Goddess Jewel, it will immediately combine with the other jewels, regardless of whether the jewels are in your backpack or on the storage shelf.
The result is the Goddess Treasure, an accessory that can be used to restore Stamina while you are outside.
After completing all the requirements to marry Harvest Goddess, you can propose by throwing a Blue Feather into her pond.
If she accepts your proposal, you will have a private ceremony at the Church 7 days later, with the Nature Sprites as ceremony guests.
If she rejects your proposal, it means there is still a requirement that you have not fulfilled.
