Spring Mine can be accessed throughout the year. It is located behind the Hot Spring and Goddess Pond. Most of the items found inside the mine have a low selling value.

Ores obtained from rocks can be used to upgrade your tools or craft accessories at the Forge.

Mythic Ore only appears in rocks after you have collected the complete set of Cursed Tools from the Lake Mine and removed the curse from each tool, turning them into Blessed Tools.

This ore is then used to upgrade Mithril Tools into Mythic Tools.

Some gamers have reported that Mythic Ore is easier to find on certain floors after obtaining the Goddess Jewel on that floor.

This is believed to be because the Goddess Jewel is one of the items that can replace the appearance of Mythic Ore on that floor.

Although rare, more than one Mythic Ore can be found on the same floor. However, the chance of this occurring is very low, so you may need to try several times before finding one.

    Pitfalls

Not every floor in the mine contains traps. While exploring, you may sometimes need to dig to find the stairs leading to the next floor.

Traps can appear on the following floors:

    • Floors 20–93
    • Floors 101–193
    • Floors 200–248

You cannot fall all the way to Floor 255. However, if you find a trap on Floor 248, you can fall as far as Floor 253, as the maximum distance you can fall from a trap is 5 floors.

    Common Items

In Spring Mine, you can obtain various types of ore used to upgrade your tools. There is also Mythic Ore, an extremely rare ore that only appears after certain requirements have been met.

    Special Items

Below is a summary of the locations and special items available in Spring Mine.

One of the Power Berry can be found by digging the ground on Floor 100. To reach it, it is recommended to bring plenty of stamina-restoring food as well as Stamina Boosters, which can be purchased at the Clinic.

Two decorative statues are hidden in the ground inside Spring Mine. Each can only be obtained once.

These two statues are also among the requirements for marrying the Harvest Goddess.

Nine Goddess Jewels are hidden inside rocks on the following floors:

    • 102
    • 123
    • 152
    • 155
    • 171
    • 190
    • 202
    • 222

Mythic Ore and Goddess Jewels can appear on the same floor.

Use the Hoe on Floor 255 to find the Tomatosetta Stone. This stone inscription contains the recipe for Tomato Sauce.

Once obtained, the Tomatosetta Stone can be stored in the Cabinet or sold to Huang for 68,000–77,000 G.

The Travel Stone can be found inside rocks on Floor 255 starting in Year 3 or later.

This item allows you to fast travel to almost any outdoor location in Mineral Town. Using it does not consume in-game time, but it reduces your stamina by 2 points each time it is used.

The Travel Stone also allows you to access the Lake Mine during seasons other than Winter. Simply select the small island in Mother Lake on the world map, and you will be immediately transported to the mine entrance.

Although the Travel Stone can be used to travel quickly between locations, some cutscenes still require you to enter an area on foot.

For example, if you want to trigger a romantic cutscene at Mineral Beach, teleport to Rose Plaza, then walk toward the beach to start the event.
